Universal Precautions at Acupuncture Wellness
These practices are part of our routine standards of care and are intended to provide a comfortable and safe environment for everyone.
Mask Policy
Patients are not required to wear masks. However, if you feel you may be coming down with a cold or are immunocompromised and would feel more comfortable wearing one, we are happy to provide a mask upon request.
Screening
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of an acute illness, please contact the office before your appointment. When appropriate, we may recommend rescheduling your visit to help protect you, our practitioner, and other patients.
Sanitizing
Treatment rooms and commonly touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Completely renovated, Acupuncture Wellness runs a state of the art air-filtration system.
Hygiene
We follow established hygiene and universal-precaution practices, including thorough hand hygiene before and after each patient encounter and the use of clean, single-use, or appropriately sterilized supplies as applicable.
